Is it Time or Energy You Need?

We all express this feeling of “we don’t have time” to take care of our own physical well – being never mind our families, employees, and community. Even when we do, it is typically done with whatever “energy” we have left over and therefore it falls short of our hopes so we stop trying.

One idea would be to find 1 or 2 days a week where you could change a pattern during the day to allow yourself to get out and walk or spend time in nature. It will increase your energy, help you show up better for those you love and bring more joy and happiness.
